Duane Morris partner Susan V. Kayser will be co-presenting the third session of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Health Law Section Webinar Series, "Doing the Deal with Health Care Providers," on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Eastern time). The discussion will explore conducting due diligence on behalf of the acquiring entity. The speakers will focus on major areas of potential risk, such as health regulatory concerns, as well as general corporate, insurance, environmental and employment and labor issues.
