Duane Morris Partner Nick Lynn to Speak at the Health Care Compliance Association's 15th Annual Compliance Institute

Duane Morris partner Nicholas J. Lynn will be a presenter at the Health Care Compliance Association's (HCCA) 15th Annual Compliance Institute, to be held on April 10-13, 2011, in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Lynn will speak in a breakout session on the topic, "Pharmacy and Compliance in the Long Term Care," on Tuesday, April 12, from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. This program will provide an assessment and monitoring of facility residents receiving atypical antipsychotic drugs: implications on a compliance plan, discuss how the OIG Work Plan 2011 will affect drugs dispensed under the Medicare Part D prescription drug plan and detail lessons learned from recent OIG actions involving long term care pharmacies.
