Duane Morris partner Mauro M. Wolfe will be a panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) Sections of Litigation and Criminal Justice Joint Annual Conference, to be held on April 13-15, 2011, in Miami, Florida. Mr. Wolfe will participate in the discussion on the topic of "Updates in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act" on Friday, April 15, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. According to The Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission have opened an investigation into Hewlett-Packard's operations in Russia on suspicion of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
