About the Seminar
The aging workforce is a phenomenon that can no longer be ignored. Solo practitioners and small to mid-size law firms face unique challenges when an unexpected absence in the firm occurs. Whether the absence is related to retirement, illness, death or disability, it is vital that firms have a succession plan in place to deal with such circumstances.
This brand-new program is designed to assist you with preparing a succession plan that will both protect your practice and your family in the event of an unexpected absence. In addition to planning for an unexpected transition, a succession plan may also prove invaluable if you must be off of work for an extended period of time.
