Duane Morris partners Stuart L. Sorenson and Jennifer A. Kearns will be featured speakers at the Entrepreneurial Management Center (EMC) Business Forum For Closely Held and Family Owned Businesses: Strategies for Moving Forward in Changing Times, to be held on April 15-16, 2011, in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
Ms. Kearns will discuss "New Laws—New Interpretations" on Friday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mr. Sorenson will be speaking at "Anatomy of an Exit—An Owner's Story" on Saturday, April 16, from 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
