Duane Morris Partner Jonathan Armstrong to Speak at American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary Transparency Conference

Duane Morris partner Jonathan P. Armstrong will be a presenter at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary (AmCham Hungary) "Transparency Conference," to be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Armstrong will serve as keynote speaker on the topic of "International practice: Expectations and Practice in the International Business Community" from 10:20 a.m. to 11:05 a.m.
The conference is intended to summarize and transfer the best practices of international experience in effective measures for greater transparency on a corporate level. Deputy Prime Minister Tibor Navracsics will be the keynote speaker of the conference, followed by international and domestic legal and compliance insiders from the business sector. The conference is moderated by Péter Lakatos, Chair of AmCham Hungary's Transparency Committee, managing partner, Lakatos, Köves and Partners Law Office.
The conference is bilingual; simultaneous translation from or to English will be provided. For AmCham Members, the participation fee is complimentary; for nonmembers, the fee is: HUF 10 000 + VAT / person.
