Duane Morris Partner Sandra Jeskie to Be Featured Speaker at Information Technology Law Institute 2011

Sandra JeskieDuane Morris partner Sandra A. Jeskie will be a featured speaker at Practising Law Institute's "Information Technology Law Institute 2011: Navigating the New Risks in Mobile Technology, Social Media, Electronic Records and Privacy," to be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011, in New York City. Ms. Jeskie's presentation is titled "Litigation Survey." The afternoon session of the seminar will take place from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Ms. Jeskie's presentation will be from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. The rapid pace of technology changes, the rise of digital content and the pervasive use of technology in the workplace have challenged the courts. The panel will survey the key court decisions of the past year.
