About the Conference
Labor and Employment law issues are confronting employers more than ever before. As we pass the midpoint of President Obama's first term, legislative and regulatory changes along with recent Supreme Court decisions are combining with increased enforcement of existing laws to impact business decisions in a profound and unprecedented way. Key initiatives including the expansion of employee rights in the workplace, new regulatory interpretations and major shifts in philosophy and direction at the administrative level have created new challenges for all businesses.
In response, the Seminar Group has gathered a distinguished faculty to provide up-to-the minute information on the most significant legal developments impacting today's workplace. This program will provide the information you need to manage an ever-changing labor and employment landscape. Employer executives, human resources personnel and attorneys practicing labor and employment law will find this program to be a must-attend event. Join us and learn how to avoid potential legal pitfalls, and how best to guide your organization and clients with the most effective labor and employment practices.
