Your Trademarks and Copyrights" followed by a wine and hors' d’oeuvres reception on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at Duane Morris' Las Vegas office from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Steiner and Ms. van Löben Sels, of the firm's Intellectual Property practice group, will present an overview of current issues in trademarks, copyrights and anti-counterfeiting, as well as tips and tricks for building and protecting a trademark and copyright portfolio and a company’s distinctive brands and creative expression. They will also discuss trade dress, contractual protections, social media and international issues.
