Duane Morris Partner Susan Kayser to Speak at the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging Annual Conference and Exposition

Duane Morris partner Susan V. Kayser will be a presenter at the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) Annual Conference and Exposition, to be held on June 20–22, 2011, in Saratoga Springs, New York. Ms. Kayser will provide an "ACF/Assisted Living Legal Update" on Wednesday, June 22, at 2 p.m. She will conduct a scan of the current legal issues that impact adult care facility (ACF), assisted living residence (ALR) and assisted living program (ALP) providers. Participants will learn how these issues could impact day-to-day operations, what proactive actions may be taken and how to best position their organization for future challenges and opportunities.
