Duane Morris Partner Rick Ball to Speak at ACI's Life Sciences Business Development and Acquisitions in Emerging Markets

Frederick BallDuane Morris partner Frederick R. Ball will be speaking at American Conference Institute's (ACI) "Life Sciences Business Development and Acquisitions in Emerging Markets: Creating and Implementing Strategies for Leveraging the Growth in Developing Economies," to be held on September 26–27, 2011, in New York City. Mr. Ball will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of "Doing Business with an Emerging Market Company Seeking Access to the U.S. Market: Cultural, Business and Regulatory Challenges" on Tuesday, September 27. He will also present the workshop case study, "Analyzing Winning Agreements Providing Access to the Market in India."
