Duane Morris Partner Lauren DeBruicker to Present at "The Future of the Disability Housing Market" Program

Duane Morris partner Lauren DeBruicker will serve as a panel moderator at The Future of the Disability Housing Market. The program is sponsored by Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Inglis Foundation and the Disability Opportunity Fund and will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. in Philadelphia. Ms. DeBruicker will moderate the panel discussion on "Housing Models" from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. She is also a board member of the Inglis Foundation.
About the Program
Speakers and audience participants will discuss the existing challenges faced by organizations that serve disabled populations. Get an update on the status of general HUD initiatives, as well as those related to disabilities. Learn to put financing packages together and the expected challenges to be faced due to skyrocketing healthcare costs and the increasing demands of an aging population. Participate in an interactive dialogue on how to find local investment opportunities eligible for consideration under the Community Reinvestment Act and further thoughts on participation in financing deals.
