Duane Morris attorneys Dawnn E. Briddell and Christopher L. Soriano will be speaking at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Primer on Mechanics' Liens and Bond Claims CLE seminar, to be held on August 30, 2010, at 12:30 p.m. at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia. About the Seminar
Mechanics' liens and bond claims are among the most powerful weapon in the arsenal of an unpaid contractor, subcontractor, or supplier. However, a claimant`s ability to use these powerful tools can easily be lost if strict attention is not paid to the statutes governing such claims.
