Duane Morris special counsel Michael Clark will be a member of a panel on the subject of "Three Regulations You Don't Know About or Don't Know Enough About" at the New York State Bar Association's Fourth Corporate Counsel Institute, to take place on Thursday, October 27, 2011, from 3:50 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.
