Duane Morris partner Lisa Clark will speak on the subject of "Privacy Issues and the Increasing Use of Information Technology: HIPAA and HITECH" at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Fundamentals of Health Law course on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
