Duane Morris partner Jocelyn Borowsky will be a panelist at the Delaware Tax Instititue's course on Windows of Opportunity: Tax Planning in Times of Transition on Friday, November 18, 2011. Ms. Borowsky will be discussing "Recent Developments in Estate Planning" from 10:20 to 11:50 a.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to define and better understand the changes and new developments in various professional incomes and changes in gift taxation. Recent federal and state income, estate and gift tax planning considerations will be considered, as well as how a professional can differentiate a business perspective from a tax perspective on business transactions encountered in a tax and/or legal practice.
