Duane Morris partner Jocelyn Borowsky will be a panelist at the Delaware Bankers Association Trust Conference, discussing the topic of "Hitting the Road" on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The session will be a practical discussion between trust attorneys and professionals from outside of Delaware examining why they recommend that clients set up their structures in Delaware versus other states.
