Duane Morris partner Denyse Sabagh will be moderating a panel on "H-1B Surprise Visits, DOL and LCA Audits and ICE and I-9 Audits" at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), D.C. Chapter 2011 Fall Conference on Friday, November 4, 2011.
As part of the employment-based immigration track, the panel on "H-1B Surprise Visits, DOL and LCA Audits and ICE and I-9 Audits" delves deeper into the issues raised in earlier sessions. From the very basics of to potential penalties to current trends, panelists will examine in close detail the realities of immigration as it relates to employment, and in doing so, provide valuable insight to employers as to how to navigate the complexities of immigration.
