Duane Morris special counsel Michael Clark will be part of a panel discussing "Foundations of and Ethical Considerations in White Collar Law" at the American Bar Association's 22nd Annual National Institute on Health Care Fraud.
The 22nd Annual National Institute on Health Care Fraud provides a rewarding educational experience for health care attorneys, regulators, prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys, and qui tam relators' counsel. The conference draws panelists, facilitators and participants from each of these significant groups and offers unique opportunities to meet and share experiences and concerns in a non-adversarial setting.
"Foundations of and Ethical Considerations in White Collar Law" will address issues and aspects of representing and advising clients involved in white collar criminal or civil actions. Panelists will review common practices and ethical situations typically encountered in the handling of a health care fraud case. The session will explore the perspectives of those representing an individual verus those representing a company.
