Duane Morris partner Steven Richman will be presenting a webinar on the topic of "Dispute Resolution" on Thursday, March 1, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time). This webinar is sponsored by the Northern NJ Export Assistance Center and the NJ District Export Council.
Mr. Richman will discuss dispute resolution and ways in which you can attempt to minimize disputes, as well as deal with them in the most expeditious manner, in international transactions. Topics will include arbitration versus litigation; different concepts of privilege and lawyers; how to deal with documents and privacy issues; and issues unique to cross-border litigation. This overview is for lawyers and business people who do business internationally.
