Duane Morris Partner Steven Ginsburg to Speak on "Catching Those Tweets: Discovery and Document Preservation Challenges Posed by Social Media Evidence"

Duane Morris is pleased to announce the inaugural program in a new series, Industry Highlights: A Duane Morris Perspective, which will kick off on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Partner Steven Ginsburg will speak on "Catching Those Tweets: Discovery and Document Preservation Challenges Posed by Social Media Evidence," which will be presented both live as well as online.
This program will explore the potential issues raised by the use of social media evidence in discovery and trial, evidence preservation, privacy and ethical problems, and how attorneys might approach handling these precarious situations. CLE credits are pending for Georgia, and attorneys must attend in-person in order to earn a CLE credit. For those attending in-person, registration will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by breakfast at 9:30 a.m., and the program at 10:00 a.m. (all times Eastern).
