Duane Morris technology transactions attorneys Mark A. Fischer, John M. Neclerio and Gregory M. Lefkowitz will participate in the panel session "Managing IP in Complex Deal Structures" at the Eleventh Annual MRT/PDMA International Congress on Open Innovation & Co-Development, CoDev 2012, to be held on February 13-15, 2012, in La Jolla, California.

About the Panel Session
This panel of outside counsel with a broad range of complementary backgrounds related to the establishment, protection and commercialization of intellectual property rights, will discuss and field questions about developing and maintaining successful co-development relationships based upon their real world experiences. Topics for discussion will include:
- Owning and sharing intellectual property in co-development relationships in ways that incentivize the parties
