Paul RosenlundDuane Morris partner Paul Rosenlund will be part of a panel discussion on "An Expensive Awakening—The Class Action Threat" at the 2012 SGMA Litigation & Risk Management Summit on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.

The 2012 SGMA Litigation & Risk Management Summit will feature industry legal experts and in-house counsel who will discuss the latest topics of importance and pressing legal issues facing the sporting goods and fitness industry. Presenters will provide valuable insights into the area of risk management as well as some approaches companies can take in handling issues such as class action lawsuits.
