Duane Morris partner Jerome Levy will be part of a panel discussion on "Ask the Attorneys—Hot Legal Topics for ACFs & ALRs" at the Empire State Association of Assisted Living's (ESAAL) 33rd Annual Conference & Trade Show on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.
The theme of this year's ESAAL conference, "Blueprint for the Future—Let's Get to Work" serves as a reminder that individually and collectively there is much to be done to make assisted living the best it can be both now and in the future. Presenters will cover a wide range of extensive topics, including:
