Duane Morris Government Strategies, Duane Morris and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council Present "A Pennsylvania Legislative Briefing"

The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC), Duane Morris Government Strategies and Duane Morris are pleased to present "A Pennsylvania Legislative Briefing" on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Harrisburg Hilton. The briefing will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., including lunch.
A panel of speakers will review and highlight the pending issues which the Pennsylvania General Assembly faces in 2012, including:
- Legislative Redistricting—what the Supreme Court did and what path forward may look like
- The state budget with overarching issues such as pensions, education, state store privatization and transportation
- Setting the stage for Governor Corbett's budget
- Environmental Legislation: Marcellus and more
- Other key legislative issues
