Duane Morris and Sobel & Co. Present the Spring CLE Symposium

Duane Morris and Sobel & Co. have once again teamed up to present the Spring CLE Symposium, an extensive half-day seminar on Tuesday, May 22, 2012. The program will run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston, New Jersey.
Newark managing partner Walter Greenhalgh and Darryl Neier of Sobel & Co. will provide the program's opening remarks, which will be followed by the keynote presentation, "An Introduction to the NJ State Commission of Investigation," given by the commission's Executive Director, Philip J. Degnan. Following that, attendees will have a choice of two concurrent breakout sessions: either "An FCPA Primer and Its Effects on Global Expansion" or "Ten Key Issues to Successfully Manage E-Discovery Before and During Litigation." In the first session, Duane Morris attorneys Marco Gonzalez, Jr. and Mauro Wolfe will examine the elements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and its impact on a company's global expansion. Alternatively, Gerard Britton of Topiary Discovery and Duane Morris' Sheila Raftery Wiggins will discuss e-discovery and how companies can innovate to keep up with technology. The final session will examine "Preventing a Security Breach: Managing Data Privacy and Security Risks in the Digital World," and features moderator Demetrios Batsides and panelists Frank Chaffiotte of EverBank Commercial Finance, Sandra Jeskie of Duane Morris and Maryann Veytsman of Sobel & Co.
