Duane Morris is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a lunchtime program on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, featuring Michael Bardee, the general counsel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). This luncheon will be held in conjunction with the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), along with the Capitol Hill and DC Chapters of the FBA. Mr. Bardee will provide an insider's perspective on FERC practice; an overview of the interaction of FERC with the private bar; and practical tips for practicing before FERC. This marks the first in a series of events featuring speakers from Federal departments and agencies in the environmental, energy, and natural resources areas. Duane Morris partner Sheila Hollis is the incoming division leader of the FBA Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Division.
