This comprehensive seminar will take attendees through the steps of conducting such an investigation. Attorneys Lori Ocheltree, Lisa Spiegel and Allegra Jones will guide you through the general rules on investigations, EEOC guidelines, planning an investigation, conducting interviews, evaluating results, potential remedial action and what to include on your procedural checklist. In addition, they will explore hypothetical situations companies may face while conducting investigations, and briefly touch on immigration/company site investigations as well as I-9 investigations.
