Duane Morris Partner Eric Sinrod to Explore "Planning for Review: How Long Will It Take and How Much Wll It Cost?"

July 22, 2012 | Monterey, California | Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa

Eric SinrodDuane Morris partner Eric Sinrod will discuss "Planning for Review: How Long Will It Take and How Much Will It Cost?"" at the Carmel Valley eDiscovery Retreat (CVEDR), which runs from Sunday, July 22 through Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in Monterey, Calif .

This session will focus on developing useful models to forecast the cost of review. When it comes time to plug numbers into a spreadsheet, it is critical to understand what factors materially impact any document review. Variables including the number of custodians, the sources from which ESI will be collected per custodian, the non-custodial sources of ESI that will be collected, the anticipated volume per custodian per source and the number of documents per GB per source will be explored. Rates of review (for example, the typical number of coding calls made per reviewer per hour) will also be discussed.

CVEDR was developed in order to help form a dynamic, interactive community within the eDiscovery industry. At the CVEDR, attendees have the opportunity to engage in panel discussions with a wide-range of industry insiders, including in-house counsel, litigation support staff, judges and legal solution providers, all of whom share their experience and insight from the front lines.

For more information, or to register, please visit the CVEDR website.
