Duane Morris to Host "Hot Topics in Commercial Litigation"

Duane Morris is pleased to host the University of California Hastings College of the Law Alumni panel discussion on "Hot Topics in Commercial Litigation," on Thursday, July 26, 2012, at the firm's San Francisco office, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Honorable Marie Weiner, San Mateo Supervising and Complex Litigation Judge will moderate, and speakers include Duane Morris' Rick Seabolt, Rob Bunzel of Bartko Zankel, and the Honorable William J. Cahill (retired). Panelists will cover: E-Discovery, social media, the Internet and jurors, the Internet and rules of evidence, Concepcion and arbitration clauses and strategy, witness interviews after Coito and ways to strategize around it, the impact of budget cuts on the complex courts, and increasing reliance on private ADR. 1 hour of MCLE credit will be offered.
