Duane Morris Partner Jonathan Segal to Provide "Fall Legal Update"

Jonathan SegalDuane Morris partner Jonathan Segal will be providing a "Fall Legal Update"for the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in Lancaster, Pa.

As keynote speaker, Jonathan Segal will take the audience through some of the hottest legal developments from the past 9 months. The NLRB will be center stage as Mr. Segal discusses concerted activity by non-union employees. He will also cover the latest guidance on background checks from the EEOC as well as their new regulations on adverse impact and age. Finally, the keynote address takes a look at the Department of Labor, the virtual workplace, and the newest legislative proposals in Pennsylvania.
