Duane Morris is pleased to co-sponsor the Delaware Valley Marcellus Association's "Doing Business in the Marcellus" breakfast on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at The Union League in Philadelpelphia. A diverse panel of speakers will discuss topics including the economic impact of Marcellus Shale development in Pennsylvania; general issues surrounding shale gas development and production; tax matters; regulatory issues; and case studies on businesses' work in the Marcellus.
