Duane Morris partner Paul Killion will be providing an "Update on Asbestos Coverage Issues" at the Forum for Environmental and Toxic Torts Issues (FETTI) Nineteenth Annual Conference on Friday, September 28, 2012, in Chicago.
The Forum was created by the environmental sector of the insurance industry, specifically for the industry. It is dedicated to the professional development of its members in a cost-effective environment. Each year the organization convenes in Chicago to host a world-class seminar on a broad range of environmental issues with nationally-recognized speakers. The conference includes a wide range of in-depth discussions, a cocktail reception, lunch and printed materials.
In the "Update on Asbestos Coverage," Mr. Killion will explore operations coverage, as well as the number of occurrences. This morning session will provide attendees with relevant news and developments in the world of asbestos coverage.
