Duane Morris to Host Inaugural Bankers Open

Duane Morris is pleased to host our Inaugural Bankers Open on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Stonewall golf course in Elverson, Pa. The event brings together Duane Morris attorneys, friends and clients in the banking and financial services industries for a day of lunch, golf, conversation, and cocktails. The day begins with registration from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. For those newer to the game of golf, a clinic for novices will begin at 2:00 p.m. Later in the evening, attendees will reconvene for dinner and cocktails.
Stonewall features two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Doak. The Old Course, a walking-only course, emphasizes driving accuracy and distance, while the North Course requires a more-exacting short game. Caddies are required for the Old Course, and use of carts is permitted on the North Course. Traditional golf attire is required. A limited number of rooms are available for overnight stay at the club, and a listing of nearby hotels can be found here.
