Duane Morris LLP will host a luncheon meeting for the Bay Area GC Group on October 2, 2012 from noon to 1:40 p.m. at the firm's San Francisco office.
"Hot Topics in Commercial Litigation" will be presented by Duane Morris partner Rick Seabolt. Mr. Seabolt is a past chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California (2006), incoming president of the ABTL - Association of Business Trial Lawyers (2013), and co-head of the Commercial, Securities and Antitrust Division of the Duane Morris Trial Group. Rick also serves on the California Judicial Council's Civil Jury Instruction (CACI) Committee and is a co-author of the four-volume California Pretrial Civil Procedure and Civil Discovery Practice Guides (Matthew Bender/LexisNexis).
