Duane Morris partner Sheila Hollis will speak on "Ensuring Compliance with NERC Reliability Standards & Transparency Rules" at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) 6th National Forum on Energy Trading Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement. Ms. Hollis will be a member of a panel discussion, which will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 2:10 p.m.
Ms. Hollis' session will review the latest developments in the enforcement program of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) with her perspective as founding director. She will also address the types of behavior that are the focus of the FERC efforts in the natural gas and electricity markets.
