Duane Morris partner Marvin Pickholz will speak on "Policing the Markets: Key Issues in SEC Enforcement" on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
This program will analyze current trends in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement with a view to the overall direction of the Commission’s enforcement program by exploring recent litigation. The cases that will be mentioned include SEC v. Welliver, SEC v. Citigroup and the New York Stock Exchange case. The focus of this program is in-house counsel trying to stay a step ahead of SEC enforcement and experienced practitioners.
