Duane Morris partner Eric Sinrod will discuss "Social Media & Ethics: Avoiding Costly Mistakes" on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
The panel, held and moderated by The Recorder Roundtable, will cover ethical pitfalls in using social media to investigate and prepare cases. Mr. Sinrod, and the other panelists will discuss popular social media trends, clashes between anti-solicitation and advertising use of social media channels, and social media relationships between attorneys and clients. Two legal ethics credits are available for the session.
