Duane Morris partner Beatrice O'Donnell will speak on Courageous Counsel: Advice and Insights From General Counsel About Paths to Legal and Business Leadership" at the ABA Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 10:35 a.m.

Inside and outside counsel alike will benefit from attending this seminar covering how recent changes in the law affect litigation strategy, alternative dispute resolution, trial strategy, and risk management.
The seminar, sponsored by the ABA Section of Litigation Corporate Counsel Committee, begins on Thursday, February 14, 2013 and concludes on Sunday, February 17. Attendees are eligible to receive 11 hours of MCLE credit, including 4.5 hours of ethics credit for 60-minute states, and 13.2 hours of MCLE credit, including 5.4 hours of ethics credit, for 50-minute states.
