Duane Morris partner Jonathan Armstrong will speak on "New Developments in the FCPA and U.K. Anti-Bribery Laws" on a panel co-sponsored by the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) International Section Corporate Counsel Committee and the Metropolitan Black Bar Association (MBBA). The panel discussion will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in New York City.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about what's new with U.K. Anti-Bribery Laws, the FCPA and DOJ enforcement actions in the U.S. and key elements that corporate counsel and compliance teams should know about for their companies. The event will be eligible for CLE credit, handled by the MBBA.
