Duane Morris special counsel Michael Swit will discuss "FDASIA— Update on FDA Implementation" for the American Society for Quality (ASQ), San Diego Chapter, on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.
Mr. Swit will examine some of the most significant changes affecting the FDA with the passage and enforcement of the FDA Safety and Innovation Act 2012.
