Duane Morris partners Harvey Gurland and Jerome Wolf will take part at the American Bar Association Fourth Annual International Legal Symposium on the World of Music, Film, Television and Sports on May 2-3, 2013.
Jerome Wolf will be a panelist on "Celebrity Big Bucks and International Wealth Management: Income Tax, Estate and Asset Protection Planning for the Entertainer and Athlete" on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Topics include current and advanced issues for practitioners in income tax planning, estate planning and asset protection planning for successful entertainment and sports clients worldwide.
On Friday, May 3, 2013, Harvey Gurland will serve as moderator for "Intellectual Property Trends and Developments in the International Entertainment Industry." The panel will address the legal and business considerations of intellectual property trends and developments in the international entertainment industry, including new and expanding markets in the world of entertainment in motion pictures, television and music.
