Duane Morris attorneys Frederick Ball and Erin Duffy will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute's conference, Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation: The Legal Framework for Drug Regulation, April 2-4, 2013, in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Ball and Ms. Duffy will be exploring the issues of "Violations and Enforcement" on Thursday, April 4. The session will explore FDA's enforcement jurisdiction and the 2009 Enforcement Initiatives; the enforcement tools and procedures being used; the various prohibited acts and resulting penalties; and issues involving drug imports and exports.
