On Thursday, April 11, 2013, the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association will hold a panel discussion on investing in early state health care technologies at Duane Morris' New York office. Join us for a panel discussion of healthcare entrepreneurs and startup financiers who will share their experiences starting their companies, financing them, and give advice for other budding entrepreneurs and investors.
About the Event
New York City has become a focal point of healthcare entrepreneurship. Situated among major healthcare company corporate locations and overflowing with intellectual capital, New York is poised to be a major center of startup innovation to rival Boston and the Bay Area. So, how will this take shape and how can you become part of it? Come join our panel discussion of healthcare entrepreneurs and startup financiers who will answer these questions and more. During this hour-long panel, they will share their experiences starting their companies, financing them, and give advice for other budding entrepreneurs and investors. The discussion will be preceded and followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at the Duane Morris offices overlooking Times Square.
Panelists (4) will include members of venture capital and private equity firms and early stage healthcare companies from the New York area.
Admission is $20 for members and $35 for non-members. We hope that you can join us.
