Duane Morris Partner Paul Josephson to Moderate Panels at New Jersey Charter School Association's Annual Meeting

Duane Morris partner Paul Josephson will be a featured panelist moderating several key panels at the upcoming New Jersey Charter School Association's annual meeting in Atlantic City on April 15 and 16. Mr. Josephson will be leading experts panels on "Exploding the Myths of Special Education in Charter Schools," the "Regulatory Update" panel featuring key regulators and the "Hot Legal Topics" panel that will survey key issues of concern to charter schools. The panels will focus on the issues of autonomy and accountability in running and overseeing charter schools that are currently being debated in Trenton and state capitols around the country.
