Duane Morris' Cherry Hill Office Presents "Eds and Meds as a Redevelopment Strategy"
May 16, 2013 | Voorhees, New Jersey
| The Mansion on Main Street
Duane Morris' Cherry Hill office is pleased to present its Spring Real Estate Seminar 2013, focusing on "Eds and Meds as a Redevelopment Strategy" and featuring keynote speaker Susan Bass Levin, president and CEO of The Cooper Foundation. The seminar will be held on Thursday, May 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, New Jersey.
In recent years, New Jersey has focused on a redevelopment strategy based on educational and medical institutions working and growing hand-in-hand. Cooper University Hospital and Rowan University have led the way with their dual expansion in Camden, and Susan Bass Levin will provide insight on how the institutions have tackled this project. Speakers will also address some of the New Jersey statutes and programs that support this means of redevelopment, as well as how New Market Tax Credits can support an "Eds and Meds" development strategy.
Ms. Bass Levin will be joined by Duane Morris partners Harvey Johnson and Christopher Winter for the discussion.
