Duane Morris partner Duane Morris partner Sheila Raftery Wiggins will be a panelist at the Practising Law Institute's New Jersey Basic CLE Marathon 2013. She will discuss "New Jersey Professional Responsibility and Ethics"on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.
The panel on "New Jersey Professional Responsibility and Ethics" will provide an overview of the New Jersey Rules of Professional Responsibility, and examine other sources of ethics law; lawyers' funds for client protection; professionalism in the bar; and significant ethics-related cases.
The New Jersey Basic CLE Marathon 2013 ia a one-day program that will include New Jersey-specific instruction and discussion on topics authorized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board of Continuing Legal Education.
