Duane Morris to Co-Host "The 2013 mHealth Prognosis: Converging Business and Legal Trends"

Duane Morris, in conjunction with the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association and Locust Walk Partners, present a networking reception and panel discussion of the key legal and business issues for mHealth app developers and entrepreneurs. "The 2013 mHealth Prognosis: Converging Business and Legal Trends" will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at the University of Pennsylvania's Bodek Lounge in Houston Hall. The program will run from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., including registration and a networking reception.
Experienced mHealth investors, innovators and attorneys will explore essential topics, including:
- Healthcare industry trends and mHealth growth
- Investment and business trends
- Legal and regulatory issues: the FDA and HIPAA privacy
- Healthcare IT and reimbursement issues
The panel consists of Duane Morris partners Mitch Goldman and Lisa Clark, as well as Geoff Meyers, managing director and co-founder of Locust Walk Partners, and Dr. Jay Rosan, vice president of health innovation for Walgreens.
