Duane Morris partner George Kroculick will discuss "Outdoor Advertising Legal Settlements" at an Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) webinar on Wednesday, June 19, 2013.
Litigation and administrative disputes between local governments and outdoor advertising companies are most often resolved through the negotiation of formal settlement agreements and consent orders. However, settlement agreements in Philadelphia and Los Angeles have been subject to collateral attack. Speakers will examine the procedural and substantive issues that arise in structuring an outdoor advertising settlement and the potential for challenge by third parties.
