Duane Morris to Co-Sponsor FERC/Congressional Staff Educational Program

Duane Morris' Energy, Environment and Resources Practice Group is co-sponsoring a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)/Congressional Staff Educational Program at the FERC headquarters on Friday, June 28. The United State Energy Association (USEA) organized the event. The program, the first of its kind, will have FERC commissioners and senior staff meet to discuss the major issues facing the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and to provide legal and policy background. 100 congressional staffers and FERC representatives will participate. Duane Morris partner and USEA treasurer Sheila Hollis will represent the firm at the event.
